01 What are your delivery timelines?+
Delivery depends on product availability and your location in Kerala. After confirmation, our team shares an estimated date and communicates any delay caused by transport disruption, strikes or events outside our control.
02 Can I track my order?+
Online tracking is not currently available. Once an order is out for delivery, we provide the delivery partner’s contact details for direct updates.
03 What is your return process?+
Used products cannot be returned. For reported damage or defects, a brand technician may inspect the product. When the issue is confirmed and approved, PK Holding arranges a replacement or refund.
04 Can you help me choose materials?+
